Well thanks. The very achievement of star travel may involve becoming Transhuman (into serial digital light format redundantly transmit to the stars). Whether or not we have to be reconstituted on the other end (destination) into a biological, robotic or simulated form is really a preference at that point. As long as it doesn't come at the cost of our basic humanity, our consciousness can flow at different rates and take on any physical form or substrate. I propose that Human = Transhuman = Digital Information = Star Travel @ Speed of Light! = Transhuman = advanced humanity in another star system, traveling across the galaxy.
